Terms for Submitting Photos to Molten USA

By submitting my photo to Molten USA, I do hereby give MOLTEN USA, INC, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my image, picture, portrait, or photograph in all forms of media and in all manners, including composite, for advertising, for publication or any other lawful purposes, whether now known or hereafter existing. I do hereby confirm that I am the sole copyright holder to the submitted images and represent that I have obtained permissions to anyone and everyone that is in the photo/s and am responsible for binding them to this contract. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, which may be created in connection therewith and will make no monetary or other claim against MOLTEN USA, INC. for the use of my video/photograph. I also acknowledge that MOLTEN USA, INC. may choose not to use my video/photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date.
